What was the highlight of SR Vacation Rental - Persimmon

It was a stay full of adventure!

I like the speed of the internet, the spacious room, the availability of the appliances and home tools, and I feel so secured inside the area. I just feel disappointed that we haven't tried some of the facilities like the pool and the gym because of the lack of time and tiredness from the city tour.

I didn't like that we still have an additional fee for housekeeping, it was like a hidden charge for me.

had a washing machine

all the window coverings where broken or did not operate allowing light into the unit fridge freezer did not work properly. it was not as clean as it should have been. at times there was no hot water, needs painting.

Lovely

My reason for booking the property was that my friend stays in the same building. We were attending his marriage. So nothing could be more easy for access than the location.

Overall everything was good. However i guess that entire building has some issues with plumbing and wood work which resulted in water leakage however owner was spontaneous enough to hve it addressed. This shldnt be a negative point but still worth a mention

The place is strategically located near the city's tourist spots and malls. The place also has basic kitchen utensils used for cooking.

When it rained the water leaked in the windows. Also, there are ants and cockroach.

Almost everything is perfect just need some fixing in the bathroom door.

The whole room has a fancy design and i love the big mirror lol

Maybe the bathroom could be cleaned better and the bathroom door needs to be fix. I almost got locked in inside

Abit of TLC and this place could be great!!

It was nice to have own space for a few days and ability to cook our own meals.

Check in was confusing as there is no lobby as such and host was not on site to greet us. The place was crawling with ants and we had to clean up when we arrived. Poor Wi-Fi bit that seems to be the case all over Cebu.

The DVD player wasn't working and the parking fee was crazy expensive. We were shocked that there was a fee for parking when the ad online stated tht there was free parking.

Decent location, easy enough to get around.

The condo was dirty, spent a day cleaning as soon as we got there. Not very good, considering i was charged a cleaning fee. Stereo/dvd player doesn't work at all and only antenna for the TV.
